FAQ
Q. Why has the launch of the Disney Adventure been delayed?
A. The Disney Adventure represents a bold new chapter for Disney Cruise Line, as we transform a partially built vessel into a fully reimagined Disney experience at sea. As we bring this vision to life, we’ve encountered unexpected delays in the shipbuilding process. To ensure every detail meets the high standards you expect from Disney, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone the Disney Adventure’s maiden voyage.
Q. When is the new maiden voyage for the Disney Adventure?
A. The maiden voyage is now set for March 10, 2026.
Q. I was booked on the maiden voyage of the Disney Adventure. What are my options?
A. Guests booked on the Disney Adventure’s original maiden voyage will have their reservations automatically moved to the new maiden voyage March 10, 2026, with a 50% discount. You can expect to receive a confirmation with your updated statement reflecting your reduced fare by October 8, 2025.
If you’re unable to sail on the new maiden voyage, please notify Polytrips by September 18, 2025. We will consolidate all requests and advise the cruise line before their final deadline (September 21, 2025). You may request a refund of the amount paid to the original form of payment, or use your 50% future cruise discount on a different sailing. Note that the future cruise must be booked by March 31, 2026, and the cruise must depart on or before March 31, 2027. All rebookings can be handled directly through Polytrips.
Q. I was booked on a Disney Adventure voyage affected by this delay. What are my options?

Q. I am an impacted guest on a non-maiden voyage sail date OR I am a new guest making a new cruise booking. Can I book the new maiden voyage date?
